Project: Sigaret Project Client: ONDEO, France Description: SIRAJ implemented this software in response to ONDEO's call for a GIS-based solution for the drinking water infrastructure management problem in Tripoli. It consists of several easy-to-use modules: • Locating clients within a region or whose information matches a certain criteria • Managing and analyzing complaints • Shortest path calculation and management of daily maintenance rounds • Identifying domestic network connections • Editing network connections by modifying both the spatial and attribute databases.
